"The property doesn’t communicate with the SPA staff. It would be nice if the front desk is aware of the SPA rules to inform the guests when they check in instead of one gets surprised by rules which require additional purchase. In addition, to the SPA staff are selective to who they want to enforce the rules to & who to ignore."

"The location was in the center of town and staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is quite outdated and not the cleanest. I’d expect to pay only $30-40 for a room like we had. Had breakfast but it didn’t have much selection. "

Valet service is perfect and free of charge. The bed mattress needs an upgrade. It doesn't feel like one of those nice hotel beds. I would book it again for my next trip. "
